At AuraaCode, we strive to ensure you love what you wear. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased under discounts or clearance sales are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

If the return is initiated by the customer, 15% of the total cart value will be deducted as a processing and handling fee.

For other eligible returns, 5% of the total cart value will be deducted as a restocking and handling fee.

The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Damaged Products

If we receive the returned product in damaged, used, or worn condition, no refund will be issued.

Please ensure proper packaging to avoid transit damage.
